Returns & Refunds

We hope you’re happy with your order, but if you need to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your return has been approved, you will have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

Return Conditions

All returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In pristine, resaleable condition
  • Returned with all original tags still attached
  • Free from marks, damage, odours, pet hair or any signs of wear

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is returned in a condition that does not meet the above requirements.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying the cost of return postage.

All returns must be sent using a tracked delivery service. Please keep hold of your proof of postage and tracking information until your return has been received and processed.

We are not responsible for any items that are lost, delayed or damaged in transit when being returned to us.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear in your account once it has been processed.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos of the issue.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges

We may be able to offer an exchange depending on stock availability. If you need a different size or item, please contact us first before sending anything back.
