Shipping & Delivery
We aim to pack and dispatch all orders within 1 working day of your order being placed.
All orders are sent using a Royal Mail tracked service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its progress.
UK Delivery
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked delivery.
Please allow 2–4 working days from dispatch for your order to arrive. Delivery times may vary during busy periods, bank holidays or due to delays within the postal network.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed Monday to Friday will usually be dispatched within 1 working day.
Orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are unable to take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please get in touch with us and we’ll look into it with Royal Mail.
International Shipping
At the moment, we primarily ship within the UK. If you are outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us before purchasing and we’ll see what we can do.
