By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Products
We aim to display all products as accurately as possible, including descriptions, sizing, colours and images.
Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device settings.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to update, change or remove products at any time without notice.
Orders
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Please check your order details carefully before completing your purchase. This includes product, size, quantity, delivery address and contact information.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where necessary, including where an item is unavailable, payment has not been authorised, there is an error in pricing or product information, or we suspect fraudulent activity.
If we need to cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will refund you using your original payment method.
Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Delivery costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Payment
Payment must be made at checkout using the payment methods available on our website.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to pack and dispatch all orders within 1 working day.
Orders are sent using a Royal Mail tracked service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, busy periods, bank holidays or circumstances outside our control.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your return has been approved, you will have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, in pristine resaleable condition and returned with all original tags still attached.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. Returns must be sent using a tracked service. We are not responsible for items that are lost, delayed or damaged in transit when being returned to us.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution where appropriate.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be available depending on stock.
If you need a different size or item, please contact us before sending anything back. We cannot guarantee that exchange stock will be available.
Care Instructions
Please follow the care instructions provided with your item.
We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, ironing, storage or general misuse.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website or use it in a way that could damage, disable or interfere with the store, checkout, payment systems or other customers’ use of the site.
You must not attempt to access any part of the website, server or connected systems without permission.
Intellectual Property
All Better Late branding, designs, images, graphics, logos, text and website content belong to Better Late unless otherwise stated.

We only collect and use personal information where necessary to process orders, provide customer support, fulfil legal obligations and operate our store.

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for defective products or your statutory consumer rights.

Any changes will be posted on this page. The version in place at the time of your order will apply to that order.
